We are a luxurious bed and breakfast superbly situated in a very quiet road 200 metres from Bournemouth's seven miles of Award winning golden beaches. We have owned and managed one to five star hotels for many years, and know what is required to make a happy, relaxed and memorable break.

Hengistbury Head is close by and from its summit there are spectacular views of Christchurch Harbour, Stanpit Marshes, the River Stour, the Isle of Wight and the Purbeck Hills. The New Forest with its beautiful walks and spectacular scenery is 15 minutes by car. The beautiful town of Christchurch is 1.2 miles away and is a lovely walk via The River Stour. There is a good selection of fabulous restaurants there from all around the world.
The centre of Bournemouth, with its fabulous gardens, shops and nightlife is just four miles away. Castle Point shopping Mall is 15 minutes by car. Bournemouth Interchange with its Coach and Rail links is just over ten minutes by car or Taxi. There are regular buses to Bournemouth and we are 5 minutes by car from Christchurch Railway Station. We are also a few minutes walk from the Bistro On The Beach.
